Objective
To promote NEWFORK's 100% natural products and services for the “BEST BREAK IN TOWN”, I designed two flyers to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. In response to COVID, NEWFORK has shifted their focus from in-house to at home or in the office.
I was brought onto a project as a UX designer after the initial designer assigned to the project was unable to meet the requirements of the brief. My challenge was to redesign the project while satisfying the initial brief. Utilizing the Newfork guidelines, I successfully achieved this goal.
To design a visually appealing and informative sales flyer that effectively communicates the benefits of NewFork's app, meeting, and buffet stylepackages.

first designs
These were the initial designs that didn't quite hit the mark. The brief was to design a double-sided A4 paged poster to use at sales meetings or on the tables at store locations. This is where I was approached to take over the project.

final designs
After getting an understanding of the project brief, I began the design process by creating first the first page and ensuring it aligned with the Newforks expectations. Once they were happy, I began designing the second page, making minor adjustments along the way, in the end these were what we moved forward with.

retrospect
What went well?
Throughout the design process, I was fortunate to receive ample support from Newfork's brand book, which greatly contributed to the success of the final approved design. Additionally, my years of experience working with Newfork provided me with valuable knowledge that helped me execute the project effectively. Furthermore, clear and effective communication with the operational and sales managers enabled me to visually convey the designs and make necessary adjustments. Overall, the combination of support from the brand book, my experience, and my communication skills played a pivotal role in the project's success.
What didn’t go well?
During the project, it became apparent that certain components required for the designs, such as the 'pin' or the 'grid', were not readily available. As a workaround, I had to improvise and create these components myself, in addition to other work I was doing for Newfork.
